Taş Bahçesi (İngilizce adıyla Tile Garden) çevrimdışı oynanan bir taş eşleştirme bulmacasıdır. Hesap açmanız gerekmez ve biz sizden ad, e-posta veya benzeri kişisel bilgi istemeyiz. Bu politika, oyunun hangi verileri işlediğini ve bunların kimlerle paylaşıldığını açıklar.

Cihazınızda kalan veriler

Bölüm ilerlemeniz, devam eden bulmacanız, ayarlarınız (dil, ses, titreşim, erişilebilirlik, tema) ve satın aldığınız ürünlerin kaydı yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Bu veriler bize gönderilmez; kendi sunucumuz yoktur. Oyunu sildiğinizde bu veriler de silinir.

Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Oyun, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir: isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar (ek ipucu, ek karıştırma) ve bazı bölüm geçişlerinde bölüm arası reklamlar. Reklam göstermek için Google; reklam kimliği (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri, IP adresinden çıkarılan yaklaşık konum, reklam etkileşimleri ve hata/performans verileri gibi bilgileri toplayabilir ve işleyebilir.

Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılardan, kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar için oyun içinde Google'ın onay ekranıyla (UMP) izin istenir. Tercihinizi istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → "Gizlilik seçenekleri" bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. iOS'ta izleme yalnızca Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı (ATT) izni verirseniz yapılır.

Satın almalar

Uygulama içi satın almalar (bölüm arası reklamları kaldırma ve Kum, Gece ve Mürekkep tema paketi) Google Play veya Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz. Ürünü teslim etmek ve geri yüklemek için mağazanın verdiği işlem kimliği yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.

Unity oyun motoru

Oyun Unity ile geliştirilmiştir. Unity Technologies, motorun çalışması için anonim donanım ve performans istatistikleri toplayabilir: unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.

Çocuklar

Oyun 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılara yöneliktir ve bilerek 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz.

Cihazınızdaki oyun verilerini silmek için oyunu kaldırmanız yeterlidir; reklam ortağının işlediği veriler için Google'ın yukarıdaki araçlarını kullanabilirsiniz.

Privacy Policy — Tile Garden

Tile Garden (Turkish title: Taş Bahçesi) is a tile-matching puzzle game that is played offline. You don't need an account, and we don't ask for your name, email or similar personal information. This policy explains what data the game processes and with whom it is shared.

Data that stays on your device

Your level progress, unfinished puzzle, settings (language, sound, vibration, accessibility, theme) and the record of items you purchased are stored only on your device. This data is not sent to us; we don't operate any servers. Uninstalling the game deletes this data.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads through Google AdMob: optional rewarded ads (extra hint, extra shuffle) and interstitial ads at some level transitions. To serve ads, Google may collect and process information such as the advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), device and app information, approximate location derived from the IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic data.

Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent to personalized ads through Google's consent message (UMP) in the game. You can change your choice at any time under Settings → "Privacy options". On iOS, tracking only happens if you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.

How Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites · Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

Purchases

In-app purchases (removing interstitial ads and the Sand, Night and Ink theme pack) are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details. The transaction ID provided by the store is stored only on your device to deliver and restore the item.

Unity game engine

The game is built with Unity. Unity Technologies may collect anonymous hardware and performance statistics for the engine to function: unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.

Children

The game is intended for users aged 13 and over and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Your rights and contact

For questions or requests about your personal data (including your rights under GDPR and similar laws), email devyunusdev@gmail.com. To delete the game data on your device, uninstall the game; for data processed by our advertising partner, use Google's tools linked above.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its effective date.
